KINGS SCIENCE ACADEMY Location: Bradford BD7 Client: EFA, Kings Science Academy This Academy is a new build co-educational free school for pupils aged 11 to 18 within a deprived area of Bradford. The scheme focuses around a central courtyard space providing a quiet learning zone close to the LRC. Raised lawns reuse the stone from the former buildings on the site and provide informal seating spaces. External dining areas are defined though tree planting and long curved seating structures. External learning is extended into the site with habitat planting and horticulture areas.
